Honestly, I couldn't be more thrilled with my shopping experience at Duty Free Island. First off, they’re the only ones in the world who had the watch I was after since it’s been discontinued everywhere else. The price was way lower than what I found in other places. From the moment I ordered the watch to when it showed up at my doorstep, it took less than two weeks... which is more than fair considering the quality, the price, and the fact that it shipped from Japan. The watch came in perfect condition and it’s just stunning. I’m really happy with how everything went, and I’m already thinking about making another purchase.

I had a really awful time with the Duty-Free Island crew. I ordered a watch, but it turned out to be faulty, so I returned it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a refund or any updates whatsoever. I tried reaching out to the seller, but they were super unhelpful and pretty cold. I never got my money back or a replacement. It honestly feels like they just took my cash.

I definitely give this company my endorsement. It took some time to get the item because of shipping limits from HK to the US. That said, there’s a mismatch with my watch control number (which is stamped on the back) and the coin that’s supposed to come with the limited edition, since the numbers don’t line up. But you know what? I’m confident that this company offers authentic watches.

GREAT SERVICE AND ATTENTION. I got a heads-up in March about a watch and went ahead to purchase it. Can’t recall the exact day it showed up, but it was in May. THE WATCH (CITIZEN AXIOM) CAME IN FANTASTIC SHAPE. IT'S AUTHENTIC AND REALLY STYLISH.
